Basic Concept:
A legendary intergalactic super assassin whose armor grants him unlimited capabilities and the ability to create and travel through portals at any given time. With this much power for one individual, the armor is constantly powered by feeding on the wearer's organic material slowly. The armor not only protects the wearer and grants them power, it also serves as the human framework for the living organic mush inside it. Without the armor, the wearer will just be nothing but a pile of liquid organic material.
